There is a reason why Dubai Miracle Garden is named as the Miracle Garden. It is no less than a miracle when you grow more than 45 million flowers in the desert. The Miracle Garden is no less than a paradise in the busy city.
Founded in 2011, Dubai Miracle Garden is the largest flower garden in the world. It was quite an ambitious project of growing millions of flowers in extreme weather conditions and desert location. It has expanded over the years and set a lot of Guinness World Records along the way.
In 2016, Dubai Miracle Garden has added a star attraction, i.e. the giant Airbus A380 aircraft capped with over 500,000 flowers and living plants and was declared world’s largest flower arrangement. Even more surprising is the fact this structure has moving engine fans. In 2018, the world’s largest Mickey Mouse topiary structure added another feather in its cap.
This incredible structure consists of 45 different flower species sculpted into vivid and impressive designs. The Dubai Miracle Garden is not a park. Yes, it is a botanical garden. So, there are proper measures in conservation of the flowers. For example, sitting on the grass, riding a bicycle and carrying food from outside are prohibited.
Dubai Miracle Garden opens as per the season. Every year, it welcomes millions of tourists from October to April. The flowers are recycled for fertilizers during the summer and it remains closed. There is a new display added in each season.
Miracle Garden Dubai tickets are reasonably priced with deductions for children. It costs 50AED for adults and children above 12 years, 40AED for children who are 12 years old and below and free for children below 2 years and disabled. Butterfly Garden is just located at the walking distance from here. But you need to buy tickets separately if you want to visit both.
Dubai Miracle Garden is well positioned in Al Barsha South. At Mall of the Emirates metro station, you can take a taxi to the Miracle Garden which is 6 miles away. It is located on Umm Seqeim Road in Dubailand. You can also take Route 105 bus from Mall of the Emirates for just 5AED.
The timings for Dubai Miracle Garden are 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays and till 11 pm on weekends.
